A: We support sample customization. And shipping cost depends on which area you are. But don’t worry, sample fee is refundable if we can reach an order for near future. For the delivery time, Based on the difficulty of product workmanship, it takes approximately 35-45 days.

Q7.What about the warranty?
A: We have own QC department. All the goods would be 100% inspected before shipment. Any problems that you find after receiving the goods, please contact us. immediately for solutions. We provide 1 year warranty for the customize watches. If there are quality problems, we can either send spare parts to you for free or you can send back defective ones to us to further check the quality issue.

Different kinds of material:304/316L Stainless steel watches, steel watches, titanium watches, tungsten steel watches, ceramics watches, silicone watches, alloy watches, wood watches/mineral glass, sapphire glass, dome glass / Genuine full grain leather strap, vegan leather, stainless steel link band, stainless steel mesh band, nylon strap. Please note that we don’t provide digital or smart watches.

A: Sure, We specialize in supporting OEM&ODM customization of watches. our professional design team will provide the best design drawing before sampling or order. When you need an artwork, just let us know.
Q12: Can you ship to my country? How long will the shipment take?
A: Sure, we ship goods worldwide by DHL / TNT/ UPS / EMS/ FedEx / Aramex, etc. It would take about 3-7 days depend on different courier you choose. The shipping cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watches models, packing and shipping method, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you.
